Contact, accounts and appointments
When you contact Elin by phone or email, your contact details and the information you provide are used to answer your enquiry and arrange your appointment.
For account holders, the client area stores the email address, first and last names where provided, sign-in information and bookings: treatment, time and status. Passwords are stored as secure hashes for verification and cannot be read in plain text.
These uses support the steps you request before an appointment and the management of services and your account. Access protection relies on the legitimate interest in securing the service. Your email is needed to sign in; booking details are needed to manage appointments.
You can browse treatments and availability without an account. An account is required to save an appointment request and can be created at the final step with your first name, email and password. The website does not offer online payment. It does not send automatic notifications or use advertising tracking or audience measurement.
Access, hosting and retention
Data can be accessed by Elin and people authorised to manage appointments or operate the service, within the limits of their roles. The website and database are hosted on an OVHcloud server. Emails pass through the email services used by you and Elin.
Retention depends on processing your enquiry, account use, booking management and applicable obligations. Some information may remain necessary for a dispute or legal obligation. Contact Elin to ask about the criteria applying to your data or request deletion, subject to any ongoing retention obligations.
Essential cookies
Public pages do not use advertising cookies. Sign-in and booking management may use the following technical cookies:
elin_session- Keeps you signed in for one hour.
elin_csrf- Protects actions and forms against fraudulent requests. Its maximum lifetime is 52 weeks.
messages- Displays a temporary message after an action, such as a booking acknowledgement. It is deleted after the message is read.
elin_language- Saves your French or English language choice for one year.
These cookies support the operation and security of the functions you request. Cookies strictly necessary for these functions are exempt from prior consent, as explained by the CNIL. Blocking them in your browser may prevent sign-in or some actions.
