How do I choose between treatments?
Browse the treatment menu to explore wellbeing massages, reflexology and rituals. You do not need to know a particular technique to book: Elin can guide you according to your wishes and the time you would like to take.
Do I need an account to choose an appointment?
No. You can choose a treatment and browse availability without signing in. You sign in at the end to save your request and follow its status.
Is my appointment confirmed as soon as I send the request?
Elin needs to review and confirm your request. Check its status in your client area. If you are unsure, contact the studio directly.
What if no appointments appear in the calendar?
The calendar only shows appointments released by the studio. No slots showing does not indicate future availability: call Elin on 06 52 58 94 36 or email contact@latouchedelin.fr.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Contact Elin directly at least 24 hours before your appointment to discuss rescheduling or cancellation. A website request and a confirmed appointment have different statuses: please specify your date and time when contacting the studio.
What happens if I am late?
Let Elin know as soon as possible. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your session may be shortened to avoid delaying later appointments, with no change in price.
Are there any precautions I should mention?
Before booking, tell Elin directly about anything that may require adapting or postponing your session, including pregnancy or a known contraindication. If you have concerns about your health, seek advice from a healthcare professional. Do not include medical information in your booking details.

These sessions are intended for wellbeing and relaxation. They do not provide a diagnosis or replace a medical consultation, follow-up or treatment.
